Technology has always been deeply connected to the way I express myself. Ever since I was young, I’ve been fascinated by both creativity and digital devices, and over time those two passions naturally became intertwined. For me, technology is not just a tool for productivity or entertainment — it is an extension of my artistic identity.
As a creative person, I enjoy expressing myself through different mediums such as music production, fiction writing, and content creation for my small record label. None of these things would be possible in the same way without my MacBook, which has become an essential part of my daily life. It is the place where melodies are created, stories are written, and ideas slowly turn into something real.
Many people often recommend reducing screen time as much as possible, and while I understand the reasoning behind that advice, my relationship with technology feels different. For me, digital spaces have often been a refuge — a place where I can create, imagine, and escape from the uncertainty of the outside world. Sitting in front of my computer while making music or writing fiction gives me a sense of peace and emotional safety that is difficult to explain. In many ways, my laptop feels like a small creative sanctuary where I am free to be myself.
That does not mean I believe people should spend endless hours in front of screens without limits. I think the key is learning how to use technology consciously rather than mindlessly. There is a major difference between spending hours scrolling through social media and spending time creating something meaningful that enriches your inner world. Practicing digital mindfulness can help us build a healthier relationship with our devices and become more intentional about how we use them.
What I am trying to say is that technology can be incredibly valuable when approached with awareness. Instead of viewing devices as something inherently harmful, we can see them as tools that allow us to learn, create, connect, and express ourselves. Technology has the power to nurture creativity when it is used with purpose
At the end of the day, I believe technology exists to extend human expression. It allows us to transform emotions, ideas, and experiences into art that can be shared with the world. When used mindfully, digital devices stop feeling like distractions and instead become spaces for inspiration, creativity, and personal growth.
